Kingshills Lettings Makes Its Mark

As we approach the end of May, we celebrate two months of Kingshills Lettings’ launch. Headed up by Director James Charlton, the department has augmented the existing Kinghills team, prompting a move to a larger office and a swift expansion of the company.

The team work collaboratively, sharing ideas and experience to give exceptional service across both sales and lettings. With combined experience of 50 years, Stephen, James and Katie are passionate about every aspect of property.

Since launching in March, the Lettings department has been instructed to market 13 properties and has let 10 of these. Our Lettings book now covers a huge variety of homes, ranging from town centre apartments, to country cottages with picturesque views and family homes in our popular villages.

When the property industry was hit by the effects of Coronavirus, Kingshills Lettings stepped up and helped tenants complete their moves, with James going the extra mile for our clients undertaking pre-tenancy cleans and other necessities in order to make things happen. Helping NHS staff move in to homes closer to the local hospital, assisting moves for tenants in order for them to self-isolate and most importantly running the Kingshills Tag A Hero campaign with Stephen to reward other people going the extra mile in their communities in this challenging period.
Both sales and lettings are very excited to announce the launch of our extremely sophisticated new technology which provides full 360 internal tours of our properties alongside very high-quality photographs. As would be tenants and buyers now need to utilise virtual viewings, this technology provides a comprehensive view of properties, giving the opportunity to explore every inch from the comfort of your sofa. This gives landlords and vendors the ‘edge’ for their homes, increasing their chances of selling and letting much quicker.
