Kingshills’ brand of estate agency is built on thinking outside the box and our latest venture has come from that very theory. The market is a challenging one and we need to adapt our ways of doing things to make sure that our properties get noticed and sold.

With that in mind, we have created an event putting all the necessary resources in one place to help any would-be seller on the path to that magic Sold board finally appearing outside their home.

As well as our team being available to assist you with whatever property query you may have, we have invited along some specialists in their own property fields to help as well. Experts in mortgages, conveyancing, lettings, property tax and property photography will all be on hand at the event, ready to speak to you and answer any questions you might have.

The event is completely free to attend and is open to anyone looking to sell their property. They may be on the market currently and needing advice as to why they might be struggling to sell; or getting ready to market and looking to find out about the process and how best to approach it. We will also be able to help you if you are looking to buy a property – either as a home, or to expand an existing portfolio of investments.

Our aim is to help those wanting to get moved. There is no obligation to use Kingshills, if we help you to get your property sold, we feel we have done a good job. Sometimes a new pair of eyes is needed to really see why a property might not be attracting buyers. With over 40 years’ combined experience in the industry, our team will definitely be able to offer some helpful insights.
