Once you have had time to reflect, should you wish to proceed with a property we will take a formal offer from you. This can be over a phone call, via email or at our office. At this stage we will need to ask personal questions as the landlord will need to know this information. We recommend getting prepared with the following information:

  • Full names and addresses of all tenants
  • Number of children and pets if applicable
  • Employment status, contract type and salary details of tenants aged over 18 years old
  • Residency status of all tenants (we will ask to see ID at a later date)
  • Guarantor details if applicable

We will also ask you for details of you offer, i.e. when you want to move in and length of the tenancy.

It is also very important that we are made aware any pre-tenancy conditions, for example a pre-tenancy clean, as this will needed to be presented to the landlord as part of the offer.

Once we have this information, we will then submit your offer to our client and do our best to secure the property for you.
