AUCTION DAYThe auction starts at an already predetermined and advertised time, normally 1-2 hours, all you need to do is sit back and watch the bids come in.

AUCTION ENDSAs long as we have met the reserve price the auction ends and the winning bidder is legally bound to buy the property, this is called an exchange of contracts.

THE DEPOSITThe deposit is lodged with the solicitors with 24 to 48 hours of the auction ending.

COMPLETION DAYThe Completion date has already been pre-determined prior to any marketing and is normally 7-10 Days after the auction ends. The whole process, if timeframes are met, can be as little as 56 Days.
