Once we have received your permission to finalise the tenancy, we will issue the tenancy agreement for all parties to sign. This part of the process is extremely important, so we will employ a legally trained company to issue the tenancy agreement to all parties.
At this stage the tenants will be asked to pay their security deposit and first month’s rent, less the week they have already paid. The deposit will be protected with a government approved scheme and the necessary paperwork will be given to the tenants.
The tenants will be asked to provide proof of future rental payments to ensure the rent in paid on time on each month. We will book the inventory check-in and the arrangements for the move in day will be confirmed with all parties.
Finally, we will carry out a compliance check to make sure the tenancy is in line with the current legislation, ready for the move in date.
