This means our landlords’ properties receive much more interest online, where all rental searches now begin, as potential tenants can view them from the comfort of their sofas.

Using this technology attracts more attention. This generates more interest which drives more demand for the property. And this leads to the landlord having more choice of who to rent to, and for the best possible price.
But technology is wasted if it isn’t supported by personalised service.
Taking Everything Personally
One of the pieces of advice we share with our landlords, especially new ones, is to detach their emotions from their rental property. It makes business decisions easier.
That said our lettings team is led by our co-owner James Charlton, so we take our responsibilities to our landlords and tenants very personally. Our livelihoods depend on it.
We set up Kinghills because we wanted to deliver a more personalised, consistent level of exceptional service.
Our experience showed us landlords often miss out on that personal touch when dealing with corporate agents driven by head office targets and branches suffering from high turnovers in staff.

James is born and bred in High Wycombe, so his knowledge of the local market is exceptional.

While James looks after the lettings side of Kingshills, his business partner and our co-owner Stephen Grace oversees our busy sales department.
Stephen has been an estate agent in High Wycombe for 30 years and is a familiar and trusted face to many landlords and property investors.
And our team’s collective property experience of more than 50 years means our landlords know that they and their properties are in safe and capable hands.
