Her primary role is to look after all of our clients and will deliver everything they need to make the process of moving as smooth as possible. From advising buyers about the newest properties that come to the market, or negotiating the best price for your home, Katie will be your Kingshills moving fairy. With 19 years in the industry under her belt, she will handle any challenge your sale or purchase might throw at her.

Katie has an eye for detail. Her background spans many areas of business; HR, marketing, personal assistant and a busy mum. She has a creative flair that spills over into her ideas around marketing not just for your property but also the company. Most importantly she is the one that keeps Stephen in check and sometimes pulls his innovative ideas back to reality!
James Charlton"The Lettings Guru"
James has joined the Kingshills team with over 7 years of experience in the Lettings industry.
What he does not know about letting or renting a property is not worth knowing! James has grown up in Buckinghamshire and still lives in the local area with his young family which has enabled him to build strong relationships with local Landlords.
As well as a huge amount of experience and knowledge James is also qualified with a NFoPP Technical Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and can guide you through all the legislation required.
