How we are dealing with Covid-19

PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are now closed, but we remain OPEN for business. The safety of our staff and their families is our priority so the team will all be working from home whilst continuing to provide you with an exceptional service.

Whilst it cannot be 'business as usual' in the current conditions, we have put measures in place to ensure that we continue to provide exceptional service to everyone we deal with. These are challenging times, so much of customer service involves human contact, whether it be; with vendors, buyers, landlords or tenants.

In order for our staff and clients to 'Stay Safe', we cannot offer any face-to-face visits or viewings until further notice. We have put processes in place to continue carrying out valuations and viewings for our sales and rental properties via video links. These options are designed to ensure that if you were planning to put your home on the market, we can still provide a comprehensive service to you.

Contingency Planning
Contingency plans for situations such as these have been in place for many years. With modern networking and telecommunications, we can assure you that we have the infrastructure in place to deal with this and still give you the outstanding service we have always been associated with.
