Kingshills will only recommend a tenant we feel is suitable for the property. Once a landlord has accepted an offer the tenants will be asked to pay a holding deposit, which equates to one week of the agreed rental figure. This will be held whilst the reference checks are carried out.

Right to Rent Checks
It is a legal requirement to thoroughly check a tenant's right to rent a property in the UK. we have technology that enables check a tenant's eligibility to rent in the UK, but we also meet the tenants in person and check original documents. Once you have reviewed the reference reports, we will ask for your permission to proceed to the drafting of contracts.
